Meet Cesar!
He is one of the Himalayan cats rescued from an inhumane pet store 6 months ago. (https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1E9QQWZhWN/) Upon rescue, they were sent to Royal Care where they remained for 3 weeks before entering the shelter. Cesar has been a bit lonely since the female cat rescued alongside him was adopted last month (https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1B93zb4TEm/). But he is thriving in his foster home in Ramallah. He still needs his forever home though.
