Rhino's journey with the Animal and Environment Association began when he was caught during a Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) program carried out in cooperation with the municipality.
Through this humane initiative, Rhino became part of an effort to manage the stray dog population responsibly while protecting animal welfare.
His story represents the importance of cooperation between animal welfare organizations and local authorities in creating safer communities for both animals and people.
Every dog deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Rhino is no exception.
بدأت رحلة راينو مع جمعية الحيوان والبيئة عندما تم الإمساك به ضمن برنامج الإمساك والتعقيم والإعادة (TNR)، الذي نُفذ بالتعاون مع البلدية.
أصبح راينو جزءاً من جهود تهدف إلى التعامل مع أعداد الكلاب في الشوارع بطرق إنسانية ومسؤولة، مع الحفاظ على رفاه الحيوانات وحمايتها.
