⚠️ SHELTER CRISIS: WE ARE BEYOND CAPACITY!
Our shelter is so incredibly overcrowded that for the past two years, our founder Diana has had to use her own yard to house cats! Right now, we have over 50 cats under our care.
The beautiful faces you see in this slideshow came to us as tiny kittens and have been waiting for their forever homes for 1–4 years. That is far too long.
Please, we need your help now:
🩹 FOSTER: Open your home temporarily to create space for new rescues.

We also do international adoptions! ✈️🌍
UPDATE on our dog TNR program: Our work continues. We're busy catching, neutering, vaccinating, and treating dogs in the Bethlehem area for fleas and worms. We are grateful to have such dedicated volunteers and vets! 🐶
Our office just got a whole lot cuter... and a lot more crowded! 😻😅
Say hello to our five new office kittens! 🐾 While we love the snuggles, it's a sure sign that our shelter (and every corner of it!) is officially bursting at the seams. 🏠
These little cuties are ready for their forever homes: 2 females 🚺 and 3 males 🚹.
✅ Fix, ✅ chip, and ✅ vaccination included.

⚠️ URGENT RESCUE KITTEN NEEDS FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME! 🏡❤️
Meet Viv!
Yesterday morning, Diana found this tiny kitten, exhausted and alone on a dirt stairway. 🥺 He was covered in fleas and his eyes were full of infection. 🦠
After a massive meal (he was starving! 🍽️) and a quick trip to the incredible Vet Mohammed Raji, Viv had his first treatments: a full deworming, vaccinations, and eye treatment. His bad teeth were also addressed! 🩺
The Problem: Both the Shelter & Diana's house are completely full! 🚫 Viv desperately needs a safe place to land.
CAN YOU HELP? 🙏
FOSTER him temporarily? 🗓️
ADOPT him and give him a forever home? 👨👩👧👦
📞 Call +972 595221771
He is also available for international adoption! ✈️🌍 Please share to help us find him the perfect family! ❤️
Meet Dahlia! 🌸 This 3-month-old sweetheart is ready to find her forever family! 🏡
Dahlia is a gorgeous girl with a stripy-grey fur coat and the most beautiful big eyes. 👀 She is super playful 🎾, loves to explore, and is great with both humans and other cats! 🐾🧡
She's already received her shots 💉 and parasite treatment, and her spaying is scheduled for 6 months of age.
Can you offer Dahlia a home? We are looking for:
Adoption (her forever home! ✨)
Foster (a temporary safe haven 🙏)
🚨 URGENT: NO SPACE! ABANDONED MOTHER & 5 KITTENS NEED FOSTERS/ADOPTERS! 🚨
A mother cat and her FIVE 3-month-old kittens were cruelly abandoned by their owner. 💔
When Diana took them in, they were desperately skinny and very sick. The good news is they are now under veterinary care and recovering beautifully! They are true fighters. 💪
HERE IS THE CRISIS: There is NO MORE SPACE for this family of six. Diana's yard is completely full, and there is no room at the shelter. They need a safe place to land now.
We are making an urgent plea for temporary FOSTER homes and permanent ADOPTION homes for these five sweet kittens and their brave mother.
Can you open your heart and home to one of these survivors?
Age: 3 months old (kittens)
Status: Recovered from sickness, vaccinated, and treated for parasites. Spaying at 6 months old.
Adoption: Available for both local and international adoption! ✈️🌍
Please don't scroll past this! Your share could save their lives. If you can help, please 📞 Call +972 595221771 📲
😻 Urgent Home Needed: Meet Tigerlily! 😻
Tigerlily is an absolutely stunning, 3-month-old female kitten with a wonderful story of survival and a sparkling personality!

Looker Alert! Tigerlily is a gorgeous grey tabby with adorable orange patches—a unique and beautiful little calico-tabby mix.
Where She Is Now: Tigerlily is currently staying in Diana's yard, but this is a temporary fix. The shelter is full, and so is Diana's yard.
She needs a foster or adoptive home ASAP to keep her safe and help her continue growing!
Can you help give this sweet girl the indoor, safe, and loving life she deserves?
Please contact 📞 Call +972 595221771 📲 immediately if you can:

🚨 URGENT: Hero Dog Needs a Peaceful Home to Recover! Meet Rose 🌹
This is Rose, a sweet old dog who has survived for years on Al Sahel St in Beit Jala. She has been cared for by a kind soul, Suhair Musallam, who fed her and watched over her litters for years.
A Week of Horror 💔
A week ago, Rose was brutally attacked by other street dogs. Suhair heard her screams, heroically chased the attackers away, and hid Rose until help arrived the next day.
Diana sent our workers, Ahmad and Sulaiman, Rose was rushed to Dr. Mohammad Rajii.
Against All Odds 🙏
The vet found Rose badly injured from the attack, covered in ticks, and filthy. She has been treated for her wounds, vaccinated, and monitored for a week. We are thrilled to share that Rose is better and ready to be discharged tomorrow!
A Miracle: Very few street dogs make it to her age. We can only imagine the trauma this sweet senior has suffered over the years, especially the recent attack.
The Problem: Shelter is Full!
Unfortunately, Rose is facing a crowded shelter environment unless we can step in.
She desperately needs an adoptive or foster home where she can recover from her physical injuries and emotional trauma in peace and quiet. She deserves to spend her golden years feeling safe and loved.
CAN YOU BE ROSE'S HERO?
We need to find a soft landing for this brave senior immediately before she has to enter the stressful shelter.
Please 📞 Call +972 595221771
Update: You may remember Rose, the sweet dog rescued after being severely attacked by other dogs in Beit Jala. We're happy to report she's now safe!
She has received all her care: ✅ Wounds treated ✅ Fully vaccinated and dewormed ✅ A much-needed bath! 🛁
The Problem: Due to extreme overcrowding at the shelter, we've had to set up a safe area just outside the main facility for her. While she enjoys safety and regular food, this is not an ideal long-term solution.
Rose has fought hard to survive—she deserves a real home!

❤️ A MOTHER'S LOVE: The Story of Mama Cat & Her Adopted Kitten ❤️
We have a beautiful update that shows the incredible power of maternal love!
A kind person noticed an adult female cat in their neighborhood who seemed sad and wasn't eating. We knew something was wrong. After treating her for vaccinations, deworming, and getting her spayed (fixed), our team went back to the area to check for her missing kittens, but had no luck.
An Unexpected Connection!
In a twist of fate, a tiny kitten was found by a concerned citizen, stuck between the wheels and motor of a car! Our amazing workers, Ahmad and Sulaiman, quickly and safely retrieved the scared little one and got her to our vet, Dr. Mohammad Rajii.
When we introduced the single kitten to the lonely adult female, the reaction was instant and heartwarming: the mother cat immediately became attached and started showing love and care to the tiny kitten!
🏡 A Happy New Chapter
We are thrilled to announce that this loving duo has found a safe haven! The kind family who reported the mother cat has agreed to take both the mother and her "adopted" baby into their care, providing them with a safe yard and all the love they need.
⚠️ TW: graphic injury & blood ⚠️
Our friend Nadia Mansour spotted stray Atlas with a gruesome, maggot-filled wound on his back leg.
Our team (Ahmed & Sulaiman) rushed him to Vet Mohammad Rajii. His wound is cleaned, maggots are gone, and he's getting full treatment!
The Problem: He's recovering in our temporary unit, but we are severely overcrowded.
Atlas needs a soft landing now.
Please consider fostering or adopting Atlas
⚠️ TW: graphic injury ⚠️
Moss and his litter were tragically dumped near Diana's home. He was suffering from a severe eye infection and sadly lost the eye.
Diana gained his trust, and he's now had surgery, been fixed, vaccinated, and dewormed. He's safe and recovering in her crowded yard.
His two siblings were rescued and treated, too!
These sweet cats need a real home, not a yard.
Please, we need your help now:

Consider international adoptions! ✈️🌍
This little soul was found in Nablus—limping, weak, and battling severe eye infections. 😿 A kind local woman couldn't afford care, so Diana insisted he go IMMEDIATELY to Royal Care Hospital in Nablus for life-saving treatment. 🚑
His condition is critical:
Broken legs and pelvis 🦴
Hernia and twisted intestines
Stomach blockage & Anemia 😞
A huge thank you to the dedicated staff at Royal Care Hospital and everyone who helped save this tiny fighter! 🙏
We desperately need help to cover his mounting vet bills.
Update:
We are eternally grateful to Dr. Ahmad Al Amad, the owner of Royal Care Hospital in Nablus, for saving the life of the small blonde kitten we posted about last week (https://www.facebook.com/share/v/19rvjqFLMo/).
The kitten was tragically hit by a car. Her injuries were severe:
A burst hernia, causing intestines to push under the skin.
A badly swollen and injured leg.
Dr. Ahmad performed a difficult surgery, cutting and re-linking part of the intestines to repair the hernia. Thanks to his incredible skill, her life was rescued! 🩺
A huge shout-out to the people in Nablus who called Diana and allowed her to insist she go to the hospital. Your actions saved her life! 🙏
Remember the puppy from last month? [https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1FX5kv7jXF/]
Two days ago, he wasn't feeling well, so he was immediately taken back to Vet Ahmad Abu Dayyeh. He got the treatment he needed and is now safe back at the shelter!
We named him Troy (Greek for "swollen foot") to remember the paw injury he first battled.
Troy needs a soft place to land! Please adopt or foster to give this resilient boy a quiet spot to fully heal.
This sweet young female puppy was failed by her owner in Battir. After something fell on her back, making her unable to walk, the owner refused to pay for X-rays or treatment, claiming it was our responsibility. 😡
When a friend spotted her on the street in Battir a week later, Diana knew instantly who she was. The owner had thrown her out! 😭
IMMEDIATE RESCUE: 🚀
X-rays confirmed a severe problem with her nervous system. 🦴
She got a bath 🛁 and good food before Diana secured her a sponsor!
She is now with an incredible sponsor, receiving specialized treatment and medicine. 🏥
We are so thankful for the swift action of Diana, her friend, Vet Mohammad, and the new association who stepped up where her owner failed. 🙏
Update: We have the most incredible news! 🎉 Since her operation less than a week ago, this brave girl has had a REMARKABLE turnaround! ✨
She is already WALKING! 🐕 This kind of progress is truly a testament to her fighting spirit and the skill of her medical team. 🩺
We are so proud of this resilient puppy and so thankful for everyone who sent prayers and support. 🙏

🎉 MAJOR VICTORY for Amira! Complex Surgery Success! - October 2025
Two-year shelter resident Amira has been battling a tough medical mystery. She was suffering for months with a prolapsed rectum that wouldn't stay in place, and we discovered she had previously been spayed incorrectly, with her ovaries left behind! 💔
This required specialized care, so we rushed her to Royal Care Hospital in Nablus. After three weeks of hospitalization, Dr. Ahmad faced a challenging situation because the retained ovaries weren't fixed in one place.
But he did it! Dr. Ahmad successfully located and removed the remaining ovaries and treated her rectum! 💪
Amira is recovering well, but her journey isn't over. Thank you to the incredible team at Royal Care Hospital for saving her life!
Your donations make rescues like Amira's possible!

They were rushed to Vet Mohammed Rajii! After being treated for ticks and fleas, getting dewormed, and enjoying a much-needed bath 🛁, Merry & Pippin are now happy and healthy! ✅

This video is from the recent 'Generation to Generation' conference by Holy Land Trust. 🎥
The video includes a meeting and discussion with our dedicated founder, Diana. 💖
This young male dog, suffering greatly on the street, was rescued by the amazing Niveen Khalil (from Hebron). He was found skinny, dehydrated, unable to walk, with both front legs smashed and a broken hip.
Niveen ensured his safe transport to Vet Dr. Mohammad Rajii. Within an hour, he had sponsorship and was rushed to a new clinic.
Blind and terribly injured, tests revealed the fatal and contagious Distemper virus. Sadly, he passed away. 😔
Thank you to this poor little guy’s sponsor, Dr. Mohammed Raji and especially to Niveen, for giving him safety and love in his final moments. 🙏
A 6-month-old male dog was hit by a car and left for two days, whimpering in pain as people walked past. Three different people did contact us to report this dog. A forth, Ahmad Shamasneh, called Diana then stayed to help our worker Sulaiman to help bring him to Vet Mohammad Rajii.
His injuries were critical: severe fractures (legs/pelvis), internal bleeding, dehydration, and maggots. Despite immediate medical aid and sponsorship, he died shortly after. 💔
Rest in peace. We are so sad he suffered, but thank you to those who cared enough to call; as well as the Association, Dr. Rajii, Sulaiman and our new friend, Ahmad.
